6 miles this morning. Ran some of it with the team. 5 miles total this afternoon. 2 mile warm up, strides, and then 2 sets (1x400, 1x400, 1x150 finish). Ran this with the girls. Good push for them. Hit 1:17, 1:13, :23, 1:14, 1:09, :22. 1 mile cool down. I have a great group of kids to coach! |
