Sub 1:10 half by the summer.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Enjoy running and fight off heart disease or diabetes that has been passed on for many generations. Try and break the cycle.

Personal:

I am currently 39 years old. I have a 11 year old girl, Norah, a 9 year old boy, Oliver, and a 6 year old girl, Myla, who are wonderful. I am a SPED Teacher at Desert Hills High School in St. George, Utah. I also coach the cross country and track teams at Desert Hills High.

6 miles in the morning. 3 miles to the Bridge and and 3 miles to the Spectrum.

10 miles this afternoon. Ran 7 miles with Brigham and Scott since they are not going to the meet tomorrow. We went over towards Little Valley. It was nice and hot today. Needed to stop for 2 water breaks. Happy to be done with that.

3 more miles to Hidden Valley Park and back. Just logging the miles.
