7 miles total this afternoon. Warm up and then 4x1000 with 350, 300, 250, 200, 100m cutdowns. Dang wind altered the workout a bit and I thought the times would be off a bit but we were actually close. Ran with the girls for the first couple and then finished off with the boys. 3:30, 3:28, 3:10, 3:06. 1 mile cool down.
