8 miles in the morning.
The wind, rain, and snow were howling this morning so I decided to stay in on the treadmill for my morning run. I did 8 miles at 6:20/mile overall. Legs are feeling much better this morning.
Paul Pilkington had me do a power run that the runners do at Weber State. It is a 2 mile warmup, 8 miles at 5:30/mile, and then a 2 mile cooldown. The pace is about 10 seconds slower than my marathon pace. This run felt very good. I was happy to get it in. |
