8 miles in the morning.

12 miles in the afternoon.

My right calf was really tight this morning but it loosened up after I started running.  8 miles fairly easy.  Got to love the rain!  It washed my car for free!

Today was an easy day at track.  We played ultimate frisbee after practice.  They called me "Animal" because I would run down the field and catch the frisbee after someone threw it.  I felt kind of like a dog.  It was fun.  I've never played it before.  I had a big workout this evening.  I did a 4 mile warmup and then did a 5 mile tempo run.  I averaged 5:13/mile for the 5 miles and then did a 3 mile cooldown.  I felt it a little in my legs afterwards.  I made sure I stretched pretty good.

Are you off for spring break as well? I would love to meet you, Paul, and Jon for as much of a run as I can do on Saturday.

Yes, but we have to come back down Sunday for church and then go back up. I have practice and a track meet on Tuesday so my spring break isn't really a break! Saturday morning would be fun running all together even for just a little bit.

We need to figure out what we are doing, but either Saturday or Monday could work for me, it just depends on when we decide to head up that way. I'll let you guys know which day will work for me as soon as we figure it out.

Kind of funny I am heading down and you guys are heading up. Go figure....

Logan- I play ultimate frisbee 2-4 times a week all summer up here in Logan. You should come up sometimes- good cross-training. Paul, James, and Cody all played at least once last summer.
