I did an easy 8 miles right at 6:20/mile overall. The legs felt nice and fresh this morning. Lots of fluids and a good night's sleep are helping out a lot.
I did a 12 mile run after practice today. It was pretty cold and a little windy but I ended up doing the run at 6:12/mile overall. I went from the high school out past Smith and Edwards. I was very happy with the time due to the elements. The legs are feeling good lately. |
