8 easy miles this morning. My hip flexors were a little tight at first but loosened up during the run. I will make sure I stretch them out really good.
I heard some great news from two of the girls I coach. One of them is going to run at Utah State and the other is going to run at SUU. They both got scholarships so it is going to be great for them. I am very excited. I ran 3.5 miles with the girls and then did another 8.75 miles around Plain City after practice. The weather was quite nice. We have our first track meet tomorrow against Box Elder and Weber. It should be good. |
