Very warm! 11 miles total this afternoon. 2 mile warm up with the team and then ran with the girls during their workout (4x1000m w/3:00 min. recovery jog, 4x200m w/200m recovery jog), finishing with a mile cool down. Solid workout from the girls. 4 more miles running up along River Rd. with Dace. Talked mostly about this weekend and what the plan is.
