I have been tired in the mornings from working on stuff for graduate school. I need to get to bed earlier. Ran a track workout with Darian today. We did a 2 mile warm up, 6x200m, 1x1000m, 1x800m, 4x200m, and finished up with a 2 mile cool down. The wind was kind of a bear today but it was a solid workout.
