Katey and I were planning on going up north this weekend but we didn't go due to the weather being bad.  I decided late last night to hop in the Dogtown Half Marathon and use it as a nice workout.  I figured I could pace others throughout the race for a nice push.  I got over to the start and did just over 3 miles worth of warm up with Dave and got ready to go.  It was rainy and windy so I told Dave to just draft off of me for how ever long he needed to.  I didn't wear the Garmin but rather used the handy Timex.  We went out and Theo Martin came with us.  Dave tucked in behind me for just about 8.5 miles and then he took off.  I turned around and waited for Steve and then pushed him in.  We were able to catch a guy who was just in front of us.  I was happy to see Dave take 2nd and then Steve finish very strong.  I did a 2 mile cool down with Dave and some of his high school boys and called it a day.

Happy to have a solid 3rd workout in for the week.  I feel great right now but just need to stay healthy and hope everything keeps going in the right direction.
