3 miles this morning with the team. Weights after wards. 7 miles this afternoon with the girls and boys with their workout. We did a 2 mile warm up and then 14x200m repeats. I did the first 12 with the girls and then the last 2 with the boys. 1 mile cool down. Great workout for the team today. 6 more miles after practice with Dace around Webb Hill. Perfect running weather. Kept the pace nice and relaxed. |
