I woke up at 4:30 this morning and did 13 miles.  I ran up into Snow Canyon and then back to my parent's house.  It was a little weird running that early in the dark but I had to get up early because I was helping Steve volunteer at a local 5k/10k run.  I kept the pace nice and relaxed today.  I think I will be able to get more speed workouts in next week since I will be in town.  I saw lots of rabbits this morning.  I ended up be a course guide for the race this morning.  I told people to turn left and then loop around.  It was "hard" work but I was able to manage it.  I cleaned some of the tables and ran the last mile of the course in street clothes.  I do prefer the shorty shorts when I run!  14 miles total for the day.

That was some good directing. You should do it for a living. Thanks for cheering me on. It helps.

Good job volunteering. It's hard to get the legs moving at 4:30 am, that's for sure.

Nice 100+ week. I'm also looking forward to WBR. It will be fun being in the same van this time around.

You aren't missing anything up this way as far as weather goes I think in the Valley today it may have gotten to 60, right now it feels like it may start snowing with a storm blowing in... bring on the summer!
