12 miles in the afternoon.
I woke up and felt much better than last night. I think I might have a slight cold. The 8 miles felt good. It is amazing what a good nights sleep will do for you.
I did a fartlek workout between telephone poles with the distance runners today at the high school. Some of the poles were far apart in good old Plain City. It was a good push for them. We did 5.5 miles of it and then did some abs. I came home and did another easy 6.5 miles. The rest of the week is supposed to be nasty with all of the snow. Yeah! |
