My legs were really heavy this morning. The goal was just to get out there and loosen up some of the lactic acid. It loosened up a little but not much. I ran into Katey on my run. We stopped by the house we are close to buying. I think we are going to do it. The legs should be fine after today :)
Met up with the club at the Dixie Center. We are planning on doing hill repeats on Webb Hill so we went out and mapped out a route. My quads were trashed and I was glad the pace was slow. I should be able to work the crud out over the next couple days. |
