I did morning practice!  We saw a super scary weiner dog though.  It scared us.

I felt really good.  I ran with Kaelie and Makayla. It was super humid though.  We stopped at the Dog Pound to get a drink.  My legs are still sore from that hard workout we did on Thursday.

It felt really good to run with all the level 2 jv girls.  I like this kind of workouts.  It was cool that I lead the pack for the last 1000.  I feel great.

It was nice.  On the 200's my legs started to hurt.  It was scary in the weight room!

It was a very nice and easy 4 miles.  We had to make two pit-stops though, everybody had to go to the bathroom at different times!  (not really everybody, only 3 people)  They had the gate open for striders!  But they told me that after I was almost half way over the fence.  I CAN'T WAIT FOR TOMORROW!

I like this race.  Mariah stayed with me through more than half the race, then she fell behind.  Then I saw Taylor Boyer, I ended up getting two places behind her.  I think this is my P.R.  So that's pretty cool.  It made my spikes super dirty because of the wet grass.
