We (Megan, Kaelie, Aubrey, and Kelsi) made a group at 7:00 am this morning and ran.  It was a very nice 6 miles.  Tempo was good, too.  I felt great.  I don't know if I will be able to do the 3 miles, because I am doing stuff with my brother and his family.
