I did the level 2 workout today, and ran with the level 2 girls. I don't think I am ready to be a level 2, but I still run with them sometime. It was a nice run.
Plus, the top of my right foot is hurting.... What do I do to make it feel better?

Get some ice on it - and maybe taking some ibuprofen to take any swelling down.
