So it has been fun for Sasha an I to try and guess where you go to school and what shoe store you work at. Your sub 2:40 goal is well within reach if you are able to get the longer runs and longer MP tempo runs. You have plenty of speed so with some good weekly mileage you will make sub 2:40 and then some. So for now you are the mystery runner. I guess we need some more clues. Have you run in any races in Utah the last couple years? Well, anyway good workout the other day. I hope you are feeling better from the fall.

Yes, Ted talks about you every morning on our runs trying to figure out who you are. Let me try to guess the answers to Ted's questions - you live in Ogden, the school is Weber State, and the store is Striders?
Maybe I should hold out just a little longer to give you a "fall-back" topic to discuss on a few more of your runs...... Good guess Sasha, but I'm not a Wildcat.
