No running for me today.  My hip is black and blue from the fall on Saturday.  It hurts some, but the real pain is in the shoulder.  I hear a snap, crackle, and pop when I rotate it.  That has me slightly worried.

Needed to do something though, so rode the bike for 10 miles.  Better than nothing.

Welcome to the blog. You are obviuosly in good shape right now seeing as you almost ran a PR for 5K in the middle of a 6 mile tempo. I hope the hip and shoulder heal up quick. It sounds like Utah weather. Are you from Utah?

Oh man! I wondered about that. Sorry about your fall!

Thanks for the welcome ArmyRunner. Yeah, I'm living in Utah. Storms like this last one make me want to fly south though....

Lybi, I should be back to 100% within a day or so. It could have been worse, so I'm happy.
