11 miles around Tigard HS loop, with 3 miles on the track. Started with 6 miles to get to the track, then I ran some 400s and 800s to get the legs moving a little. -400 in 1:25, 200 recovery in 53 -400 in 1:20, 200 recovery in 52 -800 in 2:41, 200 in 55 -800 in 2:39, 200 in 58 -400 in 1:19, 200 in 56 -400 in 1:13, then easy jog home Things felt pretty good. Obviously not the quickest workout but it was better than nothing I suppose. Temps were nice but it was very wet and the 15mph wind was slightly annoying.
