13 miles by myself and then 2 with the dog.  I went way too far after having not run much the past few weeks.  I was pretty tired by the end.  Oh well....  It felt good to get out and get some exercise again.

Nice run, good to get back to it. Are you still running the AF Marathon? I am not very prepared, so I am going to take it a bit easier. My longest run in August was a Half Marathon this morning...oops. Its been busy for me this month. Looks about the same for you.

Mike, I'm not going to be @ the AF Marathon. A couple months ago I moved to Oregon and got out of the Guard so I won't be able to travel with the All-Guard team anymore. Bummer! Oh well. I saw that you were considering running Portland in October? I hear that's a good one. Either way, get home safe!
