10 miles around the hospital and middle school.  My legs were pretty sore from Saturday's run but I managed to survive.

PM: 6 miles on Cathedral after work.  I've got to put some time in up here before next weekend or it will be a disaster.  Actually, it may be a disaster anyway... ;)

The first couple times out on trails blow my legs up too. There's a trail marathon in Park City on September 10 if you're interested. Check out the link.
