AM: 10 miles around GP. Feeling good.
PM: 10 miles in Coos Bay. I ran a 3 mile warm up, then hit the track for some mile repeats. First mile in 5:06 followed by a 90 sec jog. Second mile in 5:05 followed by the same break. 3rd mile in 5:03 and another 90 second jog. Right as I started the 4th and final mile, my right hamstring siezed up on me and I quickly stopped. It bothers me to not finish a workout but....injuries bother me worse and there's no sense in heading down that road. 4 mile cool down and a VERY easy pace. |
