Pool this morning, and I actually swam most of it. - 10 laps in 14:59, running each lap
- 10 laps in 13:14, freestyle 1 lap, running 1 lap, etc.
- 10 laps in 12:57, same as above
- 10 laps, freestyle and breaststroke
Pretty good workout. Freestyle swimming got my heart rate into the high 150's, so that was good. I'll continue to swim more and run less with these workouts.
