Today was a little rougher start. I did get going earlier but had troubles with my back. I had to walk slower and longer at first. Then I did intervals - ran 1/2 the track, then walked 1/2 the track (all on the treadmill). I ran the 2 miles (including the slow warm up) in 30:30 and then the rest of the 34:30 was the cool down.
