Get back into better running shape.  Train to run a good 1/2 marathon sometime in the nearish future (no commitments yet)

Get into good shape and stay there.

Went walking with Jenny H and Erica.  It was a beautiful morning.  Felt good to be outside and be active - finally.

Went run/walk with Erica today.  It felt great to get outside and run again.

Went walking with Jenny and Erica.  Did the miles in a little more than an hour.  Not a super fast pace.  Was bummed to not run but that was okay.
