Week 2 of following the running schedule.
38 min total with 5 min warm-up, 2 min run/2 min walk, followed by 4 min cool down.
Felt good most of the run but towards the very end felt a little sick to my stomach.
The most encouraging thing was I got the scale this morning for the first time in a week and was down by 2.5 pounds! Yeah! And that was after having choc cake and ice cream twice over the weekend. The first time was worth it - at a dinner party and so yummy. The 2nd time wasn't worth the calories - at a scout function with store bought cake that wasn't that good. That will teach me to be more careful what I choose to cheat with. |
