I am married to the greastest guy and I have 5 awesome kids - 17, 16, 13, and 5 yr old twins.

I joined the 100 Days of Movement challenge on Facebook (thanks to Leslie's post about it). I started today with a 2 mile walk with a little running on the treadmill. It took me 34 min and I did one lap with arm weights.
Treadmill for 31.30 min. 2 miles. Did intervals.
Treadmill. Walking hills. 30.30 min
good day - i got two miles in before i got to 30 min - 29.30 to be exact. I did 1/2 lap intervals increasing the running speed each lap.
I have a kinked neck so it was a strictly walking day on the treadmill. 30 min.
