I hope to run a sub-2:50 marathon, and to complete several events of 50 miles or longer.
I also hope to run a sub-5:00 mile.
Long-Term Running Goals:
I expect to compete in distance running for the next 30 years.
Personal:
Didn't run a lick until college, and then only to make weight for coxswaining (college crew). Rowed, sculled, and coxed for over a dozen years at all levels from club to international.

Easy on the track and infield while Gwen ran her 3-4 miles. Did some laps, slow, some barefoot 70m dash, two times across the infield doing lunge-walk (which was tough), 50 pushups, some crunches, some jack-knives.
