My legs were a little sore this morning  from my run on saturday.  My time today was slow especially  the first 2 miles.. It was a little humid but the cloud cover was nice.  I had intentions to run another 3 miles tonight on the treadmill but my knees ached a little so I decided to ride the bike instead.

avg pace: 8:40

time: 1:05

Smart to switch to bike when knees ache! I guess you're back from GA. When's your next race?

Came back on thursday. I am finding it hard to switch back from vacation mode. (looks a big pile of laundry) :-)

My next race is this saturday. The Bryce Canyon 1/2. My brother lives in Tropic which is a very tiny town at the bottom of Bryce. He wanted us to come and visit so we decided to run it. At least it will be cooler there.

Oh man! I hear ya, its SO hard to come back from vacation. Its like we need vacation from the vacation-ha! Laundry is the worst. I'll be thinking of you Sat. in Bryce. I am registered but decided not to do the race for a few reasons. So have a blast for me!
