Up @ 5:30 am: Walked 15 minutes to the local track. Did 8 sprints within a mile. Limited time available, so once one mile was complete I had to head back. Cooled down on my walk home, stretched well and went about my day. Felt the effort I expended yesterday, as I was a little sluggish. I'm also not used to morning workouts. I'm working on making these standard! |
