Personal:

I started running at age 40 (14 years ago!)  I am married to Harold, he is a super supportive husband and we enjoy running and biking the trails along the Wasatch Front together. Between us we have 7 children and 9 grandchildren.  I am really having fun trying new races in scenic parts of Utah, I am a newbie in the ultrarunning world, I am slow, but love everything about it!  I have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying the journey.

Bummer!  Maurine and I were going to do my Old Mill run this morning, but when I woke up to 3 inches of snow on the ground I canceled.  I ended up going to the spa and doing 2 1/2 miles on the treadmill. I skipped out on my muscle up, just wasn't in the mood.

As for my biggest loser contest I am down one pound from last week.  This is week #8 and I am down 4 pounds.  Nothing to brag about, but better than gaining!

I talked to my best freind in Hawaii yesterday, I would give anything to be sitting on a beach drinking a pina colada (virgin of course)! Maybe next year I will do the Honolulu marathon or the Aloha Run.  Something to dream about.

At least you got up and went to the gym. After you called - I cried myself back to sleep (not really).

Can I DREAM about that with you? I do not want to run, just to visit and sit on the beach and sleep and read!

Great job on the weight and working out this week (and last!) I am trying to get caught up, but it is a daunting task!!!

Since you started your Biggest Loser contest I am pretty sure I have gained 10 pounds. I OFFICIALLY had to pull out the fat pants today, but there is nothing like a trip to the closet and no fitting clothes to get me back in gear. It just makes me so mad that I work so hard and then let it go. I have been very unmotivated for some reason, but NO MORE!!!!

I can tell you have been checking on all of us, you are so nice to take the time. We really missed you alot!

I ended up buying fat pants cause I threw mine away, so I hear you sister, however, they are starting to get lose and hopefully I will throw them in the trash. Sounds like you are ready to bite the bullet. Vacations are dangerous. Well, you are in great company, I think most of us on the blog are on a mission to lose afew pounds. Good luck Kelli girl to you and me both!! We can do this and be ready for Ogden!!! You do look great though, but I realize we all have our own vision what our bodies should look like.
