| 3.5 miles on the treadmill before it sounded like it exploded. So frustrating. So I decided to rush the girls after spending time with customer service, and got everyone in the stroller for a stroller run. Walked Aubrey to school and as we are walking into the playground I have the flattest of flats (and Cameron ran over the bike pump a few days ago.) I give up!
Came home and did the Upper Fix workout.
During nap time I decided to get out on a 4 mile run. Decided to somewhat tempo. Started with 2 miles fast (6:40ish pace), jogged a half mile, and then did 1 mile fast (6:30). Jogged last half mile home .

| Got the treadmill fixed enough to run on. Started with 4 miles. 29:49 overall time. 7:27 pace. Flat run. Finished with 3 more miles in Ogden. 21:35 overall time, 7:11 pace. Sometimes I want to just keep running and running but have to get kids to school.
Lower fix leg workout in the evening.

| Got a cold, and feeling wiped out again so decided to take it a bit easier today. Slept in til 7 and then walked Aubrey to school and then ran the 4 mile loop with the double stroller. Then came home and ran 1 mile on the treadmill to round it out to 5 miles overall. Didn't wear a watch when I pushed the stroller but it was slow.
Last 1.06 miles was at 6:42 pace.
