| 5.44 miles Lagos de Covadonga, Spain. This was supposed to be a really hilly treadmill run but I am completely wiped out. So I decided a downhill run sounded like good practice for the downhill half I have coming up. 41:06 overall time. 7:33 pace.

| Slept in a bit because it was going to be a cooler day and we didn't have any solid plans. And I was overall just feeling worn out. Penny was so grumpy and always loves the stroller so I decided to take her out while Cam ran on the treadmill. Pushed the stroller on a 5 mile loop, then decided to add 2 more with the stroller. Finished with 3 on the treadmill. My watch was acting up on the stroller run, but probably averaged around 8:00 pace.
3.08 mile treadmill: 22:43 overall time, 7:22 pace. flat run.
