Woke up at 6:20 for some reason. Laid in bed and then just decided to get up and go. So glad I did because the day warmed up fast. Headed up Shadow Valley up to Skyline, down the big hill, around the old South Ogden tempo loop, finishing around my Sinclair loop, to the post office, and back home. Great run. (8:23, 7:51, 7:21, 7:28, 7:29, 7:20, 7:31, 7:44)
