I'll keep running.... Because it gives me perspective. Now I realize my problems aren't so big. My life is pretty great afterall. And a mile is a lot longer than it seems in the car.

6 miles on the treadmill and some quick lifting for the legs

Nice upper body lifting session then 3 miles on the treadmill on random hills... sweaty beast!!!

Lifted legs and some quick ab work then 3.5 pn the treadmill speed intervals

3 on the treadmill... nothing special

5.5 miles on the treadmill after a good arm lifting session...felt really good today!
7mph on treadmill and up by 0.1 mph every 1/4 mile until i hit 8mph then backed down by 0.1 every 1/4 mile until i ended at 4 miles (7.5mph)
