I'll keep running....
Because it gives me perspective.
Now I realize my problems aren't so big.
My life is pretty great afterall.
And a mile is a lot longer than it seems in the car.

Ran 4.5 miles along the beach in Nahant up through Lynn and into Swamscott.  Nice little run along the beach on an amazing (and bizarre) 80+ degree October day in Boston.  Finished the run and then played beach doubles volleyball for the next 4 hours....man was I tired by the end!  Absolutely crazy hot sunny day, couldn't pass up the chance to play beach!  Headed to NH tomorrow to hike 2 5000+ footers in the Franconia Notch Loop in the White Mountains!!!
