Okay, I'm starting again. I haven't run in a while and I can feel every extra pound. It was slow and hard today, but you got to start somewhere, I know it won't take me too long to feel better when I go out. And on the bright side I have put in my notice at work so "NO MORE GRAVES" I know some people can do that and run and be just fine, but not me because I never get to sleep more than 3/4 hours when I am done because of my kids. Here is my biggest loser starting: 202lbs and watch them start to go away. |
