Chunga day. I slept in and so had to suffer the consequences of the treadmill and air conditioning(okay so it's a swam cooler and extra fan in my room but still).

miles, 12:30, 11:53, 10:50, then .25 cool down. So I am thinking maybe 12:30 might be too slow for average running days and might need to start focusing on keeping the pace right around 11:30 to 12:00 from now own.

I will get 1.5 more in this afternoon when we go out to the lunch, so ta ta for now I'm off to the showers quoting P!nk "Cause I don't do wanna be a stinky girl" wait maybe she says stupid girl, either way it's not me:)

Got my 1.5 five in and later went to 7-11 for a free small slurpee (crystal light variety) can't even drink the whole thing but it was a fun taster.

Hey- Excellent run! Heat is a beast and a bummer! Hows the paint drying?

A slurpee sounds GREAT! I may have to go get one!

Good thing I didn't post about stopping at the mexican bakery too. Marion may not like that;) Might have to have veggies for dinner..........

Paints dry, I think tomorrow I will do the other color. Still have to repaint the hall where my artist likes to work......with permanent marker:P

umm, yeah way better than expected. Let's say it's a good thing I had fruit for breakfast and hadn't eaten lunch yet, and dinner was only 7 pts........I probably still used all my exercise points too. mmmmm......I ate mine, half of my husbands and dipped my sons cookie in milk. Oooooo
