| First casual run for a while. 2.36 miles to test my knee. Seems OK. Still possible I could do the Ealing Half marathon on Sept 29th and just go for the finish rather than a good time. Will keep the option open. Felt strong today -spin must have worked -- although not sure of pace. May have been slow. | |
