Slow hardly begins to describe this "run"!  I took both girls in the running stroller and went around my neighborhood with my sister-in-law and her son (the one who doesn't like to run).  Sometimes on the uphill, I walked about as fast as I was running.  ; )  But hey, it was cardio work!   I might have a six run week this week without even working hard to do so - just because I've had people to run with.  Wow, that really says something, huh?  I need to work harder at finding running partners.

Hey, whatever does the trick . . .

On a side note, I have personal experience (and so does Lybi) of the increased cardio work just from pushing a double jogging stroller :)

Great job, Laura! Hope you get in your 6 days. That'll be a record, right? I love breaking records!

Very creative exercise. Also very reasonable. Have fun.
