Running this morning with my 2 friends - it was remarkable cold with the wind. I know 4-1/4 is a jump in my mileage, but I actually walked 3 different times. One of my friends is having a real problem lately with her irritable bowel syndrome; so while she found a bush, I walked ahead. Afterwards I stretched for a long time to help my hips, and I'm feeling good even after a couple of hours! My nephews ran a little later with their mother, while I watched their 3 month old and 5 year old. |
