On the treadmill again while Mike was at Young Mens. It's funny running on a treadmill - it feels easier than running outside (with the hills and the wind), but if I run while watching a movie, my body keeps wanting to just stop because it's used to just sitting down while watching movies. ha!

You are the only person that I have ever heard say that the treadmill seems easier than outside....those hills you run must be terrible!

I guess I should clarify - easier on the cardio, but harder on the will power. ;o)
