Not a great workout today. I felt tired the whole time and my hip and knee both hurt! I'm starting to come down with a cold too. But . . . at least I got out today! I thought I might take a nap, but decided to run instead. My daughter's starting to feel a little better - she's no longer throwing up, but she's still not eating normally and is overly emotional.

I hope you a speedy recovery and hope you don't get feeling to terrible! That's so unfair, sick kids and then getting it yourself! Hope you get to that nap today too! That always makes things look better!

Ditto, Laura! Great job. Get some good rest tonight and take it easy tomorrow!

Overly emotional? What is that...wait a minute, I just missed my favorite show...WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaahh!
