Another late night-er, but at least I stuck to my goal this week. Five run -- no matter what. Thanks to all of you for keeping me to my goal; it's always hard getting back into the rhythm of consistent running when you've had to take time off. PT update: My hips are moving correctly, according to my physical therapist. She thinks the new pains I have occasionally are because muscles that had become weak (due to incorrect alignment) are having to strengthen and stretch. Hopefully I will continue to improve. I don't have pain while I run, but around the house - the step and twist motion sometimes smarts. HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY to all you wonderful women who impact the world in positive ways everyday!! |
