I don't know if I have mentioned before but I have the most painful sore on the bottom of my foot. I steped on some barnicals at the beach back in August. It was a deep open cut for about a week and now I have no idea what it is. It is like a clear jelly that is imbedded deep in ,y foot. I have tried everything to get rid of it. Anyways I am getting to the point where I can hardly walk on it. I have been trying to run on the side of my foot the last while.

So needless to say I cross trained today. I did the arc trainer for 15 minutes and then I lifted weights legs arms and abs. Then I rode the bike for 30 minutes.

It did feel good to get back to the gym and mix things up a bit.

I would go see the doctor about the foot thing, you don't want to run on the side of your foot that will give you some nasty injuries if you do that for to long. In the mean while keep up the cross training.

Have you been able to do anything this week?

From kt on Thu, Dec 06, 2007 at 22:20:39

O I have had the worst week ever. My kids have all had the stomack flu starting sunday one at a time. I steam cleaned my carpet at 7am Sunday and Tuesday morning I was cleaning up all my bedding and then yesterday and today it has been in the pants. I also had my 3 year old in for oral surgery all day today.

I had my doctor try to get to what ever is in my foot and I have not been able to put any presure on it at all. The sad thing is I don't think it did any good. She thinks I wil have to go to a foot surgen and have it cut out.

The good news is I am getting a garmin for xmas so that will help motivate me to run out side more (I think) Motivation is the least of my issues right now. I am planning on going to the gym tomorrow. I also got put back on metformin Monday and I have felt pretty crappy not sure if it is the med's or a touch of what the rest of my family has.

Anyways I know it is all blah blah blah.

We have that same stomach bug at my house as well. My daughter had the diarha thing for 3 week and now my son has it at both ends. Any way good luck. And know we are proud of what ever you are able to get in.

Do you have daibetes?

From kt on Fri, Dec 07, 2007 at 11:20:36

well I hope for your sake your daughter can make it t the toilet on time. Someof my kid have had it on both ends and some just one. Not fun either way.

I guess I am pre diabetic, my doctor says my body just dose nt know how or when to distribute my insulin. My blood test are all over the place. Since I never gt upto 200 I am not considered diabetic but I dd go up to 161 but then dropped to 70. Dosen't make sense.
