My best 5k is 29.27.  

Short-Term Running Goals:

Beat my best 5k time.

Long-Term Running Goals:

I would like to stay fit. I have 6 kids and I want to be physically able to keep up with them. I would eventually like to run some longer races and maybe do a triathalon.

Personal:

I am very happily married, We have 6 children. 4 girls and then we adopted two boy's. They are 17mths, 4,4,4,7 and 11.

Got up and met my sister at her work and we walked the track. She said three times around was 4 miles it did not seem that far but it may have been because we talked the whole time. we went around it 4 times. We ran maybe 200 feet at the most. She is just starting out so i stayed at her pace.

Wow! I was just reading your personal information. You are amazing! I have 5 kids and know that seems noteworthy. But look at what you are doing! Adoption and foster care is awesome! Those kids are lucky to have you in their lives!
