I ran the first three miles then I walked for a few minutes and streched before I finished my last mile. My legs and knee's seemed stiff today.
I finished in 50 minutes.
I spent the rest of my afternoon at my doctors appointment. She seems to think that my insulin is still wacky and says if they can get that all under control that I will be able to train much better. (Without feeling so drained all the time anyways.)
I have been taking my vitamins and oil every day and I think I might feel better. My hives are finally leaving so I will be able to sleep now. |
