I did 1.25 miles on the arc trainer to warm up and stretch my shins a bit.
I ran my first three miles without stopping. 32 minutes. My best time ever. I walked .25 to cool down and stretch.
I worked my abs and then rode the bike 2.15 miles in 10 min.
I feel pretty good.
Although I have been working out for about thrre straight weeks now and I have not lost any weight and I don't see a diffrence that is disapointing. |
