I had shin splint pretty bad today so I ran my mile and decided it would be best if I let my shins rest before I can't walk. I ran my mile in 10.44 then I walked .25 on an incline of three.
I worked my abs, did a few leg weights then I did the arc trainer for 35 minutes. I had it on a level 5 which is weights ranging between 5 and 30 pds most of the work out it is on the 25 and 30. It kicked my butt. I am tired today. I really had to push my self and talk my self through my workout today.
